I believe recent college graduates should not expect to become a project manager right away except that they have a great deal of experience working on previous projects. College Graduates with no experience would have difficulty proving their abilities and expertise. A project manager needs previous experience working on a project as well as organizational skills.

A typical career path for a project manager would be a team member in projects. They can proceed to do that for a few years demonstrating leadership skills and developing organizational skills, with this development they can become a co-leader with the goal to become a successful project manager.

According to indeed.com the average salary for a non-experienced Project Manager in South Florida is $86,000. A senior project manager can be expected to receive a salary of around $98,000

  2. I found that inexperienced project managers earned a salary of about $60,00 versus your numbers. However I reached about the same conclusion while comparing your senior project managers.
